Loppers

High-quality loppers make large pruning jobs much easier to handle. The longer handles on loppers give extra reach and greater leverage for added cutting power. Loppers are used for pruning vines, small trees and shrubs, and are extremely useful for pruning prickly plants and branches that are hard to reach.

Telescoping Ratchet Lopper

Convenient for carrying at 24" long, the handles can telescope up to 36" for extended reach. Twisting the handles in one direction allows increasing length up to 36"; twisting in opposite direction locks them at chosen length. Ratchet action allows for cutting larger diameter limbs than single action loppers.

Ratchet bypass lopper handles extended

This ratchet action bypass lopper features handles that telescope out. The reach of this lopper can thus extend from 23" to 36". Ratchet action enables the user to cut through green or dry branches up to 2" thick.

Compound Action Lopper

This 30" Lopper has comfortable grips and is easy to use on cutting large diameter limbs.

This all purpose garden shears and detail pruner is a quality tool. The 8" long shears has a 2" blade that will cuts in tight spots where other saws or loppers won't fit. Makes fast work of pruning shrubs where removal of entire older stems is desired and where growth is too thick for inserting other pruning tools.

Care and Maintenance:
In order to maintain a sharp cutting edge, it is important to wipe the shear blades clean after use. It is recommended to use ligthly oiled cloth.

TOPIARY SHEAR (SKU: 976)

Topiary shears are small, traditional one-handed shears, which originated in England in the early 1700s. They were created for the express purpose of manicuring topiary and were used for shearing sheep. These time-honored shears are still manufactured and used by topiary gardeners today. Topiary shears feature a single piece design that accomplishes the same job as modern one-handed shears. Single blades are secured to each end of the bowed handle creating cutting force without springs, screws or moving parts. The bowed design is easy to operate and requires only occasional sharpening. Topiary shears are a classic trimming tool that allows for maximum control and cutting precision.

Blades are 6.5" long. Features a safety lock and soft TPR grips for comfortable operation.
