Shipping Rates and Policies
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service for packages over 2 pounds. Smaller orders are shipped by Priority Mail to your “Bill-To” address.   If you absolutely need something in a rush or need another shipping method, please email us at products@wateryourlandscape.com.
 
We attempt to ship products within 48 hours of an order being received; and the normal UPS transit time is from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. If an item is out of stock and your delivery time is longer than normal, we will notify you of the expected deliver date for your order.

For your information, the following packing/shipping charges will be added to your order:

    Over $300                       7.5%
* Some items will have additional shipping charges due to weight or size.
These additional charges will be reflected at checkout.
Shipping and returns policy
 
Water Your Landscape only ships to the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada. For destinations to Alaska and Hawaii and outside the United States, please contact us for shipping charges.
 


For claiming damage in delivery
 
Please inspect your entire order immediately upon receipt. If your order was damaged in shipment, please save the box and all packing material as UPS may need to inspect the damaged package (The UPS phone number is 800-742-5877); and notify us as soon as possible at 812-212-9674 or via email: products@wateryourlandscape.com. We will assist you in filing a claim and replacing your damaged product.
