TUBINGBlank tubing (tubing without emitters built in) is used throughout a drip system. The tubing, made of thin-walled black soft polyethylene, is the main line that transfers water from the source to various emitter lines or sprinklers. This tubing is flexible enough to easily accommodate the various fittings and connections you will be using.
FITTINGS/VALVESThe easiest fittings to use, can be taken apart to make changes in your system.
T-TAPEThe lowest cost drip system for rows, raised beds, or any scale of commercial agriculture or backyard gardening.
T-TAPE FITTINGSBarbed fittings to connect tape to mainline tubing and for tape-tape connections.
MICRO IRRIGATIONMicro Irrigation brings water to plants located away from the main irrigation system through the use of micro tubing, dripline, fittings, emitters, sprinklers, sprayers, misters & stakes.
TIMERSWhen you're not there to turn the water on, or when you forget to turn it off and run up your water bill, a battery timer can be your best investment.
WATER FILTERSFilters , necessary for every drip irrigation system, remove sediment and other particles large enough to clog emitters.
PRESSURE REGULATORSPressure Regulators are used to reduce the incoming water pressure that is too high for drip emitters and fittings.
IN-LINE EMITTER TUBING1/2” polyethylene tubing with pressure compensating emitters extruded into the tubing at the factory. Offered in a variety of emitter spacing and flow rates. 1/4" tubing with 1/2 gallon per hour emitters at variable spacings.

SUPPORT STAKES
The mini-sprinklers and sprayers featured on this page may sometimes need to be raised above surrounding plants to water evenly and without obstruction. This is the purpose of Riser Stakes. The Clip, Straight, and EZ Stakes below can be hammered into the soil if necessary.

EZ STAKE
Easily the best seller, this clip stake has 3' of heavy walled 1/4" vinyl tubing and a transfer barb attached--ready for you to attach a sprayer.

CLIP STAKE
The Clip Stake is a plastic stake without the tubing. It features a clip which will hold either the Rigid Riser or 1/4" micro tubing.
STRAIGHT STAKE

A groove in the body of this plastic stake will hold either our 1/4" Micro Tubing or a Rigid Riser. NOTE: IT WILL NOT HOLD 1/4' VINYL TUBING.
RIGID RISER

The Rigid Riser is a low-cost, stiff, thick-walled 1/4" Micro Tub used to elevate the splinklers or sprayers. These Rigid Risers should be supported with a Stabilizer Stake or a Clip or Straight Stake Most easily used with Threaded Sprayers (Barbs are difficult to insert).

CONNECTORS to use with Rigid Risers

32x-14TBC is a thread x barbed connector which is used to connect Rigid Riser to the irrigation system (this connector can also be used to connect 1/4" Micro Tubing to PVC). Insert threaded end into Rigid Riser (or into PVC) and barbed end into either 1/4" Micro Tubing or directly into mainline tubing.

33x-14TTB is threaded on both ends: one end inserts into Rigid Riser and the other directly into mainline tubing (this will keep a short Rigid Riser in an upright position. The hexagonal shape on this connector matches that on the back of the yellow Punch Tool (601-PUY) which can be used to thread the connector into the Rigid Riser.

RISER SUPPORT STAKES

Metal stakes with a "hold" loop at the top. Use these stakes to support Rigid Risers that have been inserted directly into mainline tubing.
Sprinklers/Sprayers/Misters

Sprayers cover larger areas than drippers or emitters--but they do use considerably more water. Never-the-less, they might be just what you need in certain situations in your irrigation system. For convenience, we've separated them into two categories: Adjustable and Fixed Range. We've also added MISTERS  for use in greenhouses, on moisture-loving plants, on garden greens, and on starts in garden beds.

Shrubbler, Bubbler, Spectrum, and Vari Jets are our adjustable sprayers;

Wing Sprinklers, Ein Dor Mini-Sprinklers and Mini-Jets are fixed range.

 FIXED RANGE SPRINKLERS

These small to medium range sprayers and sprinklers will enable maximum flexibility in your irrigation system. Each of the different types listed here have differing patterns (ie:full or quarter or half circle), coverage (expressed as radius) and flow rates (GPH). This gives you many options to select for specific watering needs.

WING SPRINKLERS

Full Circle Pattern--7.5' to 11' Radius

Low cost alternatives for large areas. They work best at low pressure (15-30 PSI). They water large areas in a full circle with even water distribution. NOTE: These Wing Sprinklerss will need either a complete support kit (items 330-333-) or an Ein Dor Press Fit Barb (item 336-) to connect them to the irrigation system either directly on a mainline or at the end of 1/4" micro tubing. The sprinklers are color-coded: Light Blue is a low flow, Black has a medium flow, and Brown has a very high flow.

Light Blue Wing Sprinkler has a radius of 7.5 feet and a flow of 9 GPH @ 30 PSI.
Black Wing Sprinkler has a radius of 9.5 feet and a flow of 18 GPH @ 30 PSI.
Brown Wing Sprinkler has a radius of 11 feet and a flow of 34 GPH @ 30 PSI

EIN DOR MINI-SPRINKLER HEADS

Full Circle Pattern--4.5' to 7.5' Radius

Great for large landscaped areas! These Sprinkler Heads give a full circle flat spray pattern with an even distribution of droplets. Their minimum pressure is 20 PSI, but they work best at 30 PSI. The top, which lifts under pressure, prevents pluging and keeps out insects. The low spray angle minimizes wind drift. These sprinkler heads will need either a complete support kit (items 330-333-) or an Ein Dor Press Fit Barb (item 336-) to connect them to the irrigation system either directly on a mainline or at the end of 1/4" micro tubing. The sprinkler heads are color-coded: Purple/Blue has a very low flow. Light Blue has a low flow, Black has a medium flow, and Red has a very high flow.

Purple/Blue  -- 3.5' radius reach,  5 GPH flow @30 PSI
Light Blue -- 4.5' radius reach,  9 GPH flow @30 PSI
Black -- 5.5' radius reach, 18 GPH flow @30 PSI
Red -- 7.5' radius reach,  32 GPH flow @30 PSI

MINI-JET SPRAYERS
Flat spray--various Patterns--Variable Radius (depends upon pattern& color)

Mini-Jets have a flat spray angle to minimize water on foliage. The various spray patterns and flows provide versatility. They work at pressures as low as 5 PSI; at pressures above 30 PSI the spray turns into more of a mist. All Mini-Jet Sprayers have a 10/32 threaded base and fit into either 1/4" Tubing or Rigid Risers. The color coding indicates the Radius of Spray and the Rate of Flow at both 15 PSI and 30 PSI for each Spray Pattern; with BLACK-the lowest flow, BLUE-medium flow, GREEN-high flow, and RED-super high flow.

BLACK Mini-Jets

@15 PSI the flow rate is 4.8 GPH and the Radius varies from 2.5' for the Half to 3' for the Quarter and Full and 5' for the Strip spray patterns.     @30 PSI the flow rate is 6.8-7.5 GPH and the Radius from 3' for the Half, 3.5' for the Full and 5' for the Quarter and Strip spray patterns.

ADJUSTABLE  SPRAYERS

SHRUBBLER, BUBBLER, SPECTRUM and VARI-JET sprayers are all adjustable--they can be adjusted either to cover larger areas or to fit a specific pattern.

SHRUBBLER
These sprayers emit 8 fingers of water that can be adjusted from a basic drip to a 24" circle, and can be shut off completely with a simple twist of the cap. The full circle style has * evenly spaced outlets, while the half circle has 5. They are adjustable from a flow rate of 0--13 GPH. Shrubblers will not need a pressure regulator if the pressure does not exceed 50 PSI.
