TUBING

Blank tubing (tubing without emitters built in) is used throughout a drip system. The tubing, made of thin-walled black soft polyethylene, is the main line that transfers water from the source to various emitter lines or sprinklers. This tubing is flexible enough to easily accommodate the various fittings and connections you will be using.

FITTINGS/VALVES

The easiest fittings to use, can be taken apart to make changes in your system.

T-TAPE

The lowest cost drip system for rows, raised beds, or any scale of commercial agriculture or backyard gardening.

T-TAPE FITTINGS

Barbed fittings to connect tape to mainline tubing and for tape-tape connections.

MICRO IRRIGATION

Micro Irrigation brings water to plants located away from the main irrigation system through the use of micro tubing, dripline, fittings, emitters, sprinklers, sprayers, misters & stakes.

TIMERS

When you're not there to turn the water on, or when you forget to turn it off and run up your water bill, a battery timer can be your best investment.

WATER FILTERS

Filters , necessary for every drip irrigation system, remove sediment and other particles large enough to clog emitters.

PRESSURE REGULATORS

Pressure Regulators are used to reduce the incoming water pressure that is too high for drip emitters and fittings.

IN-LINE EMITTER TUBING

1/2” polyethylene tubing with pressure compensating emitters extruded into the tubing at the factory. Offered in a variety of emitter spacing and flow rates. 1/4" tubing with 1/2 gallon per hour emitters at variable spacings.

DRIP CIRCLES

Inexpensive, adaptable, drip circles for tree watering

EMITTERS

Self-flushing pressure compensating emitters at .6, 1 and 2 GPH flow rates.

SPRINKLERS/SPRAYERS/MISTERS

Economical ways to cover large areas or to meet specific needs

DRIP KITS

Kits in three price ranges for vegetable gardens, patio/container plants, trees & shrubs and landscape garden beds

FERTILIZER INJECTORS

The most efficient way to feed plants, utilizing your drip irrigation system,

TOOLS/BATTERIES

Tools for installing and maintaining your drip system.

ADAPTORS

For connecting drip irrigation parts with differing threads (hose/pipe).

HOSE FITTINGS

Shut-offs and other convenient adapters.

Pressure Regulators

It's all about the pressure! And drip irrigation requires low pressure--lower than most faucets or hydrants provide. That's why we feature pressure regulators--a critical part for most drip irrigation systems. (A simple pressure gauge like the one on our"TOOLS/BATTERIES" page will measure your water pressure)

Pressure regulators are used to reduce incoming water pressure that is too high for drip emitters and fittings. Some city water districts or rural areas supply water at very high pressure. Homeowner pumps also can deliver water at excessively high pressure. The regulator must be sized to match the flow of the drip system. To help you figure out which pressure regulator you should use, we have included optimal or maximum pressure ratings for the emitters and sprinklers we offer*.

*While most emitter tubing and emitters for drip systems operate well with regulators rated at from  8-30 PSI systems with mini-sprinklers and misters operate best in the 20-40 PSI range; and Tape systems should operate within the  8-12 PSI range.)

Regulators should be situated after valves or timers because they can be damaged by constant pressure. They are offered with hose or pipe threads and male or female inlets and outlets. So when you're chosing a regulator and a filter, make sure the connection are compatible.

  • FPT=Female Pipe Threads, MPT=Male Pipe Threads, FHT=Female Hose Threads, MHT=Male Hose Threads

LOW FLOW REGULATORS

  • Flow range is 6-480 GPH.
  • Inlets and outlets are 3/4"
  • Maximum inlet pressure 150 PSI
Models 80 thru 83 below:
  • Female Hose Thread Inlet x Male Hose Thread Outlet
  •  for use with In-line filters or hose threaded "Y" filters
Models 84 thru 87 below:
  •   Female Pipe Thread Inlet* x Male Hose Thread Outlet
  • for use with valves or pipe thread filters.
*They can be adapted to hose threads by using ADAPTOR part #704-AFHMP on the inlet side.
Models 88 thru 90 below:
  • Female Pipe Thread x Female Pipe Thread
  • for use with "Y" filters:

MEDIUM FLOW REGULATORS

  •   Flow range is 120-1200 GPH
  • Inlets and outlets are 3/4"

  Models 91-94 below:

  • Female Pipe Thread x Female Pipe Thread
Models 95 thru 98 below:
  • Female Pipe Thread x Male Hose Thread

LAWN & GARDEN LOW VOLUME REGULATORS

An ideal regulator for low volume systems connected to outdoor faucets.
  • Maximum inlet pressure 120 PSI
  • Flow range 6-420 GPH
  • Female Hose Thread inlet x Male Hose Thread outlet
  • Use with Tee filters, Inline filters or Hose Threaded Y filters.
