Fertilizer Injectors


A fertilizer injector is the most efficient way to feed plants. Utilizing your drip irrigation system, it delivers nutrients in liquid form directly to the roots of plants and is a fast and accurate way to feed an entire garden, landscape, orchard, nursery or greenhouse.

Fertigation, the use of fertilizer run through your irrigation system is a convenient and preferred method of supporting plant growth and health. Water Your Landscape offers two fertilizer injector systems to help cover nutrient delivery to your plants as you irrigate.
Add-It and Fertilizer Caddy, available in a variety of sizes to fit your fertigation needs, are simple to install and manage. Taking the guesswork out of operating a fertilizer injector, they eliminate the problem of figuring correct dosage rates and adjusting the flow, because they are pre-set to deliver a uniform 200:1 ratio (water to fertilizer).
 
The Add-It and Fertilizer Caddy do not need to be disconnected from the system when the fertilizer runs out as the irrigation flow will continue uninterrupted. These fertilizer injectors work with any liquid or water soluble fertilizer and on any irrigation system (even low pressure drip irrigation systems as long as pressure is at least 10 psi). They are versatile: can be connected at the spigot, to a garden hose or easily moved to connect at any part of your irrigation system.
 
Add-It Injectors are an appropriate choice for patio, deck or container plants of for small to medium size gardens. For for large gardens, small farms or orchards Fertilizer Caddy, available in sizes up to 5 gallons, is the fertilizer injector of choice.

FERTILIZER CADDY Fertigation System
Easy to install--simple to operate--eliminates the dosing dilemma with its pre-set proportioning injection ratio of 200 parts water to 1 part fertilizer. Use any totally water-soluble fertilizer or liquid fertilizer.
Advantages of the FERTILIZER CADDY
Install permanently or move around the yard, when equipped with hose threads.
The inlet and outlet manifold can be installed either vertically or horizontally, making it extremely easy to install.

Available in many sizes:  1/2 Gallon, 1, 2, 3, 5 & 10 Gallons;  with 3/4", 1", 11/2" or 2" line connections.
Will operate with water pressure as low as 10 PSI

Fertilizer must be in liquid form when poured into the injector--
If using dry totally water soluble granular fertilizer, premix it with water.

When choosing the model consider the minimum flow rate required

 and the capacity desired for your needs.
The tank capacity and flow rate will determine the gallons of flow to empty--but you need not stop the irrigation system when the Caddy is empty, as water will continue to flow through the Caddy even when no more fertilizer remains.

The Fertilizer Caddy is the simplest to operate and refill of any of the injectors.
